I live here in Nashville and did not know that Steve Curnutte lived here. I have been reading posts on his blog about the credit crisis for more than a year and think he is one of the most lucid and insightful guys in the business. The way I see it, the task now has two pieces, to unearth what happened, then to find a way to move ahead so it won't happen again. This guy actually talks about both sides of the equation. Really cool that you put this here. I came across it when I googled his name. Thank you.
